Mississippi Forestry Association (MFA) and the Davis-Garvin Agency, Inc. have joined together to provide affordable Hunt Club Liability Insurance.

Type of Insurance:

• Carrier Information - Praetorian Insurance Company; Admitted Carrier (A- Rated)
• Comprehensive General Liability
• Liability Limit: $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
• Fire Legal Liability Limit: $50,000
• Medical Payment Limit: $5,000
• Deductible: $ 0 per occurrence
• Master policy basis
• Landowners would be listed as an additional insured party
• Separate certificate issued to each hunt club
• The club must have a written lease with any and all landowners listed on the application for coverage to apply

There is no pro-rating of premium if coverage is bound after July 1st.

Named insured: MFA – Member hunting clubs leasing land from MFA member landowners. A separate certificate will be issued to each hunting club. A copy of the policy is available upon request.

These programs are only available to current MFA members in good standing. Insured hunt club and/or landowner must provide your MFA member number.
